Welcome to Bubble Works. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (bubbleworksfl.com) and our professional window cleaning and exterior services. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Bubble Works provides professional cleaning services including:
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Pressure washing (driveways, patios, building exteriors)
- Chandelier and light fixture cleaning
- Hard water stain and mineral deposit removal
- Post-construction window cleanup
- Awning and canopy cleaning
- Window tint removal
- Shutter cleaning and maintenance
- Gutter cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
Service Area: We serve all of South Florida within a 50-mile radius of Fort Lauderdale, including Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Final pricing is based on property size, number of windows, accessibility, condition, and specific requirements.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if actual conditions differ significantly from those described or observed during the initial assessment.
- A deposit of up to 50% may be required for projects exceeding $500 or for first-time commercial clients.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, paint overspray, construction debris, or hard water stains requiring specialized treatment.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or text.
- We will provide an arrival window (typically 2-hour range) and notify you when we are en route.
- Please ensure someone over 18 is present or provide access instructions for interior services.
- If we arrive and cannot access the property without prior notice, a trip charge may apply.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Reschedule or cancel at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply.
- No-shows: If we arrive and you are not available without prior notice, you will be charged the full quoted amount.
- Weather delays: We may reschedule outdoor services due to rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions at no additional cost to you.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, personal check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
- For commercial accounts with approved credit, NET 15 or NET 30 terms may be available.
- Late payments may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR).
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not completely satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
- The guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work, not pre-existing conditions or damage.
7. Insurance and Licensing
- Bubble Works maintains $2,000,000 in general liability insurance.
- We are fully bonded and licensed to operate in the State of Florida.
- All team members are trained professionals with background checks.
- Certificates of insurance are available upon request for commercial clients.
8. Liability and Limitations
Our Responsibility:
- We take responsibility for any damage directly caused by our negligence during service.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photos if possible.
- We will repair or compensate for verified damage up to the value of our liability coverage.
Limitations:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that may become apparent during or after cleaning (e.g., failed seals, scratched glass, faulty screens, worn frames).
- We are not liable for damage caused by defective windows, poor installation, or structural issues.
- Our total liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, please:
- Provide clear access to all areas requiring service (move vehicles, unlock gates, disable alarms).
- Remove or secure fragile items, decorations, and valuables near windows and work areas.
- Inform us in advance of any pets, alarm systems, security cameras, or special access requirements.
- Notify us of any known issues with windows, screens, or structures.
- Ensure sprinkler systems are off during exterior cleaning services.
10. Weather Policy
For outdoor services, we reserve the right to reschedule if weather conditions are unsafe or would compromise quality:
- Rain, thunderstorms, or lightning
- High winds (sustained winds over 20 mph)
- Extreme temperatures affecting safety
- Hurricane warnings or tropical storm conditions
You will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled at no additional cost.
11. Recurring Service Agreements
For customers on regular maintenance schedules:
- Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) receive priority scheduling.
- Discounted rates may apply for recurring service agreements.
- Either party may cancel recurring services with 14 days written notice.
- Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services.
12. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Your personal and property information
- Access codes, alarm systems, and security details
- Any observations made while on your property
Our team is trained to maintain professional discretion at all times.
13. Website Terms of Use
By using our website, you agree:
- Not to use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- That all content on the website is owned by Bubble Works and protected by copyright

14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:

- If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Any legal proceedings shall take place in Broward County, Florida.
